Maryam Nawaz formally launches the second phase of Lahore Development Plan

A meeting was held under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif regarding Lahore Development Phase II in which a detailed briefing was given and necessary instructions were issued by the Chief Minister.

According to the Chief Minister’s Office, a new era of development has begun in Lahore city, in which 6,284 streets of Lahore city will be completely upgraded, 486 of WASA and 5798 streets of Lahore Municipal Corporation will be made modern and proud by June next year.

Maryam Nawaz Sharif has clearly directed that there will be no compromise on quality in the development of Lahore, nor will any delay be tolerated in the completion of Lahore Development Plan Phase II.

Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif said that every corner of Lahore will now be made free from decay and respectable for the citizens, with the upgradation of more than 6,000 streets, every neighborhood of Lahore will become a symbol of pride for residence.
